2011 Cross Country Camps
Date: June 6 - June 10, 2011**
Location: Eagle Park
Eligible Campers: Incoming 5th Graders to Incoming 9th Graders.
Time: 6:30pm to 8:00pm (Check-in 6:15pm)
Cost: $35.00 (includes T-Shirt)
Format:
Monday – Friday
1. Learn the fundamentals of good running form.
2. Learn the proper way to warm-up and stretch.
3. Participate in relay races of all types.
4. Play some running games.
5. Learn the proper way to warm-down and stretch. |

Friday
Race night. We will have a
1600 Meter Run Race for all campers.

Needed Items: Running-type shoes and something to drink.

Awards:
Awards will be given to runners in the two races.
**In order to guarantee a spot at the camp, registration must be made prior to June 4, 2011.
*DAY OF CAMP REGISTRATION WILL BE ALLOWED, but camp supplies cannot be guaranteed.
**The camp will occur for all five days weather permitting**
